GeoCon offer a combination of the above services for any ground source heat pump system. Starting with an initial geothermal desk study which gives details on a sites potential suitablility for ground source energy, and also provides details which enable GeoCon to design the correct borehole field for the proposed ground source heat pump. We then go on to design the ground loops for the system including glycol type, loop type and grade of thermal enhanced bentonite. On larger projects a thermal response test may be required to refine the borehole field more accurately based on actual geological conditions.
GeoCon also offer a geothermal drilling and ground loop installation service to facilitate the installation of ground source heat pump systems.
